Fresh Cream Truffles with Strawberries

Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate Ganache Truffles-

Ingredients:

4 x 3.5oz Terra Nostra Organic Milk or Dark Chocolate Bars
 1/4 Cup fresh cut strawberries  
6 oz (3/4 cup) Organic heavy cream (36% Butter Fat)
  Note.- Heavy cream may be replaced by organic soy creamer, soy milk or other liquid non-dairy creamer replacer

Utensils:

Sauce Pan
Whisk or Blender or Mixer
Spoon
Cheese grater

Method:

1. Bring Heavy Cream to a boil, (careful not to burn cream), once boiling remove from
    heat.
2. While cream boils, In the break points, Break 3 x 3.5 oz Terra Nostra Organic Truffle
    bars and add to boiled, hot heavy cream.
3. With a wire whisk or mixer or blender, Mix thoroughly until all chocolate pieces are
    melted. Add strawberries. Put mixture into fridge and let set (Aprox 30 to 45 minutes)
4. While ganache mixture sets, grate 4th bar with cheese grater.
5. Scoop set ganache mixture from bowl with a spoon, rounding (if desired) with the 
   fingers, dropping scooped portions into grated chocolate. Roll pieces in grated
   chocolate and once fully covered, set in plate, ready for consumption or refrigerate for
   future consumption.

This recipe yields aprox 40  x 1/2oz truffles
