Short day. Medium size, pearl onion. Early maturing. Flesh is waxy white, coarse with a mild flavor. Bulbs are flat 2 ½-3 ½ in diameter with a thin white scale. Very adapted to southern US, especially TX but is grown on the West Coast with excellent results. Great for stews, soups and stir-fries. Caramelizes to perfection!
