Chicken and Potatoes with Seeds of Change Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
Now you can make at home the dish you love from your favorite Indian restaurant. Our version of this classic dish includes potatoes, rotisserie chicken, garbanzo beans, and the organic deliciousness of our organic tikka masala simmer sauce and whole grains.
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4.
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat.
2. Add cauliflower, potatoes, and onion.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower and potatoes are tender (10 to 12 minutes).
4. Add Seeds of Change Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce packet, shredded chicken, and garbanzo beans, continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (5 to 6 minutes).
5. Heat Seeds of Change Seven Whole Grains Rice according to package directions.
6. To serve: place heated Seeds of Change Seven Whole Grains Rice on plate and serve sauce mixture over top.
7. Garnish with green onions.
8. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 cup mini potatoes, cut into 4
½ cup chopped onion

1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8.5 ounce) package Seeds of Change Seven Whole Grains Rice
