Turkey and Seeds of Change Mushroom Simmer Sauce with Whole Grains Rice Meatloaf
With this recipe, meatloaf meets wholesome and nutritious-and the result is pure deliciousness. Youll love the way our mushroom simmer sauce brings out the best in this combination of ground turkey, seasonings, and whole-grain rice.
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 65 minutes
Servings: 6.
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Reserve cup reserved Seeds of Change Mushroom Simmer Sauce for later.
3. In large bowl stir together all ingredients, including the uncooked rice, mix well.
4. Pat turkey mixture into greased 9×5-inch baking pan.
5. Pour reserved Seeds of Change Mushroom Simmer Sauce over top of meat mixture.
6. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°F in center of loaf.
7. Let cool in pan 10 minutes.
8. Cut into pieces and serve with salad.
9. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 egg
½ teaspoon kosher salt
teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
