Seeds of Change Taco Roasted Chipotle Simmer Sauce Chicken Tostada
Our version of a Tex-Mex favorite features rotisserie chicken simmered to succulent perfection in our Taco Roasted Chipotle Sauce. Serve it with fresh vegetables and our organic mix of rice for a meal thats muy deliciosa.
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Serves: 4.
Directions
1. In 10-inch skillet place Seeds of Change Taco Roasted Chipotle Simmer Sauce and shredded chicken.
2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (4 to 5 minutes).
3. Heat Seeds of change brown & red rice with Chia & Kale according to package directions.
4. To serve: On 1 tostada shell place about ½ cup chicken mixture, top with about cup warm Seeds of Change Brown & Red Rice with Chia & Kale, and cup each lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese.
5. Garnish with salsa and sour cream.
6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
7. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken (about 4 ounces)
4 tostada shells, warmed
1 (8.5-ounce) package Seeds of Change Brown & Red Rice with Chia & Kale
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup diced avocado
1 cup shredded Mexican -style cheese
Garnishes
Salsa (red or green)
