Sweet & Sour Sauce with Greens and Quinoa & Brown Rice
An easy-to-make, wholesome, and nutritious dish thats also bursting with Asian-inspired flavor.
Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 13 minutes
Servings: 4.
Directions
1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet, over medium heat.
2. Add kale, carrots, and green onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp tender (6 to 8 minutes).
3. Add Seeds of Change Sweet & Sour Simmer Sauce packet; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (2 to 3 minutes).
4. Heat Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic according to package directions.
5. Place warm Seeds of Change Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic on plate and surround with vegetables in sauce, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and zucchini noodles.
6. Refrigerate leftovers.
